  1. Got to get some strength back in shoulders. Push-ups were very tough, breaking them into singles by about rep 6 in the round of 12.
    KB swings felt good, a little tight at full extension on RHS.
    Could have done 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 pood. Maybe too early to tell post exercise, i will let my hamstrings decide 2mrw.
