AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 Pull ups
10 Dips
10 Handstands
10 Pistols (alternating legs)
10 Double unders

    Finished the pistols after 22 minutes

    First time successful pistols
    First unbroken set (10) DU's
    4th round did jumping dips to support

    I feel the progress happening!
