Well, what a life changing couple of days in Singapore that turned out to be. Discovered the POSE cert was being run, by the doctor himself, 2 days before it was due to happen. I made enquiries into logistics, cancelled weekend commitments and got on the plane to Singapore.

I was starting to 2nd guess my impulsivity upon arriving to a very hard to find box in Singapore, but reconciled myself with the realisation of a low teacher - student ratio.

Dr. Romanov proved to be an amazing facilitator in passing on his accumulated years of endeavour.

I went to a running cert and came out learning how to move.

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
