Core Training


Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
15 Double-unders
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Back extensions

    9 rounds + 15 SU + 12 SM

    Can't wait for the exertion headache phase to go away.
    Tried to improvise GHD's with feet anchored in kettlebells with decline down steps. I think it worked because after about 15 I was wrecked.
    I fear the 'told you so' that comes with rhabdo.
