Shoulders


Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

  1. CFWUx3 with just kip swing, no PU (did 5 PU in a row on last round)

    Just remembering the movements
    worked up to about 45kg in SP & PP
    No PJ for fear the twinge would reappear.

    Pull ups are feeling good, blister on distal part of 2nd joint, middle finger is the one that is giving grief.
