Did roughly 300 steps in 15 minutes with a variety of rest periods and intensities in the lunges. Backyard was perfect for this WOD, with a slight zig-zag it was 20 steps from front to back. First real backyard WOD. Need some light out there past 6pm. Took it relatively easy because I have been over keen and burned b4.
