Monkey Business


Familiarise with new bars and equipment.

Dips using kip. Knees to chest (caterpillar style).
Inverted hangs, drop out or unwind.
L-sits.
Jump up to chin bar, try chest to bar PU's.

Develop calluses and rip blisters.
