Warm up

Skipping 5 mins
Plank hold left side30 sec, then right 30 sec and
30 sec of push-ups, repeating for as many rounds as you can without letting your knees touch the ground.

Have a good stretch

WOD

400m Walking lunges
30 Push ups
400m Sandbag run, 20kg
30 Squats
400m overhead carry, 20kg plate
30 burpees
400m Sandbag run, 20kg
