Handstand practice a plenty. Upside down day, i love that. First time inverted since the shoulder operation and it went well. Did static handstands and tried out the assist bands for use in HSPU's (too low). Tried some negatives but shoulders well fatigued by then. Finished off with a pull up ladder. 1 in the first min, then 2 etc. 8 minutes and 7 in the 9th.
