Handstands


Three rounds for time of:
Walk on hands, 100 feet
Hold handstand against wall for two minutes
15 Handstand push-ups

Post total time to comments MINUS the six minutes of static handstands.

  1. Handstand practice a plenty.
    Upside down day, i love that.
    First time inverted since the shoulder operation and it went well.
    Did static handstands and tried out the assist bands for use in HSPU's (too low). Tried some negatives but shoulders well fatigued by then.
    Finished off with a pull up ladder. 1 in the first min, then 2 etc.
    8 minutes and 7 in the 9th.
