5 Rounds of:
3 x Handstand attempts
5 x Ring push ups
3 x 10sec tripod (or headstand)

WOD

50 Double unders
20 Burpee box jumps
40 Ground-to-overhead (clean + push press)
50 Toes-to-bar
40 Walking lunges, with 20kg plate
100m Sprint
