Hey Team! Arrived safely in Port Dougie, managed a quick WOD in the Brissie airport 100 squats, 75 situps and 50 push ups. Today we did HALF a Barbara on 4 mile beach with 3minute tabata box jumps (onto a fallen tree log) 5 round for time of: 15 pushups, 20 situps and 25 squats. (400m run beginning and end) Fleurty 17:15 Wozza 18:55 Dezza 23:12 Miss ya's!!
