A) 60 seconds each of the following exercises
plyometric twists
starters
star jumps
roll & reach

B) SMC 2 rounds

C) 'Cindy'
AMRAP in 20 minutes of
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

D) 100 seated twists
